Dr. Jennifer Simpson, President of A Bolder Vision has a wealth of experience working in academic and community settings on a broad range of organizational issues.  She consults independently and also works in collaboration with a network of highly skilled and dynamic colleagues with expertise and experience that create a team with a bolder vision for community and organizational life. 

Dr. Simpson is author and editor of many works on community and organizational leadership, diversity, culture, vision, conflict and dialogue, including Leading Organizations Through Transition: Communication and Cultural Change (2000, Sage) and Engaging Communication, Transforming Organizations: Scholarship of Engagement in Action (2005, Hampton), both of which are available at Amazon.com.  She holds a Ph.D in Organizational Communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
